The leader of the Left Front movement, Sergei Udaltsov, was detained during a picket near the government building, the activist reported on Twitter. It is clarified that he stood aside from the rally site and gave an interview.
As stated in the message, Udaltsov was taken to the Presnensky police station due to a violation of the “self-isolation regime,” although the activist had a pass with him.
The “Left Front” held a picket today under the slogan “We demand real support from the population in a crisis!” They demanded to raise unemployment benefits to 25 thousand rubles and announce credit amnesties.
