A report was drawn up against an ambulance paramedic in Kineshma, Ivanovo region, because of a video where he complains about the lack of protective equipment. Open Russia press secretary Konstantin Fomin told Mediazona about this.

According to Fomin, the protocol was drawn up under Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (abuse of freedom of mass information).

In a video message, three doctors refer to the words of the head of the regional health department, Arthur Fokin, that in the region “there is no supply of protective equipment” and they will have to work “on wheels.” Doctors are asking for help to provide them with masks, shoe covers, gloves and other protective equipment.

Open Russia reported that after the publication of the appeal, activists managed to deliver 70 suits and 39 masks to doctors.
