Judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Anatoly Belyakov fined 10 thousand rubles a participant in a single picket on Red Square Nikita Dobrynin. This was reported in its telegram channel by the human rights organization "Apology of Protest".

The fine of Dobrynin was appointed under an article on violation of the rules of participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to “Apology of Protest”, on March 23, Dobrynin stood in a single picket with the poster “It's a Match! This is to the right. "

On the day of the rally, the picket participant was detained: according to the police, Dobrynin held an action in the territory adjacent to the residence of the President of Russia, so he allegedly violated the rules for participating in the picket.

Protection insists on the absence of an offense in the actions of the picketer and plans to appeal the court order. Lawyer Fedor Sirosh, who collaborates with the “protest apology,” noted that the police could not indicate what exactly the offense was expressed during the consideration of the case.
