The Ministry of Defense believes that the Victory Parade can be held no earlier than September. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to sources in the military department.

“It is considered on September 3, however, the exact date in connection with the unpredictability of the development of the pandemic is not yet dared to determine,” one of the interlocutors of the publication explained.

According to another source, the possibility of transferring the parade and a later date is considered. “Now everyone is waiting for the coming months to pass, and if everything is in order, we will spend the parade in September, if not, we will have to be transferred to a later date than September,” Kommersant's interlocutor said.

Earlier, RBC, citing its sources, said that the military parade and voting on constitutional amendments, previously scheduled for April 22, can be held on the same day - June 24.
