The share of a joint venture in the service amounted to 75.6 %. According to the terms of the transaction, the O2O Holding will receive control over the service, reducing the shares of financial investors. It is planned that the “scooter” will be associated with Sberbank systems and Mail.ru Group. According to corporation representatives, the service will gain access to their technologies and will integrate with other businesses of the joint platform.
