Golitsyn Loft has been left on Fontanka since April. The owner broke the contract with the management company and now intends to update the concept of creative space, which in recent years is called the "Second Duma".

The residents complain about the aggressive behavior of the company who evicted them and intend to go to court. In March, Golitsyn Loft suspended work because of the coronavirus. At the end of April, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported that lease agreements were torn off the cluster residents, and communications were disassembled in the premises - they cut the pipes inside, the flooring was removed in the yard. At the same time, accumulated garbage from the cluster was not exported.

According to the publication, the owner of the Bronka Group buildings on March 11 terminated the lease agreement with the BS Art Development Group, the management company BS Group. This is a project of St. Petersburg entrepreneur Alexander Basalygin, known for working with several creative spaces.

According to “dog.ru”, the residents were faced with the first problems in the cluster back in December: electricity worked with interruptions and could disappear for almost a day. According to the tenants, they were not provided with any benefits, and the problems were explained by the wear of networks.

Residents are already announcing the crossings. For example, the Dialsburg is looking for a new site.

According to the Dogs.ru, the eviction of tenants was engaged in the BS Group, the company Smart Kat (according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Smart Cat is located at the same legal address as the good cat, which is the general director of which is Stanislav Deinek, who holds the same position in BS Group).

As the co -founder of Distourg, Golitsyn Hall and the Bar “decent place” Natalya Olin said , at first the tenants convinced that the conflict of owners and the management company would not affect them. However, then from the residents they demanded to close the institutions and take things away.

The co -owner of the Bar “drunk sommelier” Denis Zakharyans told “dog.ru” that he wrote a statement to the police to the company that evicted them. He also intends to go to court.

Zakharyans believes that the Basalygin team wanted to bring the building unusable. According to Natalia Olina, the goal was not to leave the owner of the tenants.

Now, instead of BS Group, Golitsyn Loft is controlled by the owner of the buildings on the Bronka Group Fontanka. Representatives of the organization told Paper that they are now looking for a new management company that will participate in the development and updating of the cluster concept. Back in March, Bronka Group told Dog.ru that they were unhappy with the lack of the concept of development of space.

The company intends to develop Golitsyn Loft as a creative space. Details and deadlines for the development at the Bronka Group were not specified, but company representatives assure that they are interested in maintaining all tenants and negotiating with them.

Denis Zakharyans said that the owner of the buildings on Fontanka had already contacted him and proposed renegotting the contract.

Golitsyn Loft started in 2016 and became one of the main creative clusters of the city with dozens of residents. However, by 2019, Golitsyn Loft's reputation worsened-in the press and social networks it began to be called the “second Duma”, including because of noisy visitors and cars at the entrance to the cluster, in which they sell balls with nitrogen oxide.

In 2019, the Golitsyn Loft conflict with local residents developed. One of the residents complained to the “dog.ru” that the owners of the institutions at night put the speakers into the yard, and visitors throw out the garbage and defecate at neighboring houses.

The authorities also had complaints about the maintenance of buildings. As the Rossiyskaya Gazeta was told in KGIOP, officials back in 2016 demanded that the owner carry out restoration, but this was not done. In 2018, Kgiop found illegal redevelopment in the complex. At the end of April, officials said that they had prepared a lawsuit to recover a fine of 4.35 million rubles.

The founder of BS Group is Alexander Basalygin. Of the clusters that he managed, tenants were already evicted. This happened in 2014 with the Architect space on Millionnaya Street.

As Basalygin himself told the paper , the owner resold the building, and the new owner decided to open the hotel there. Some tenants then moved to Golitsyn Loft - for example, Distourg. The same thing in 2016 occurred with the Tsarchitector space on the Bolshaya Konyushennaya - the Subrendator there was a good cat company, the founder of which is Basalygin.

Basalygin himself does not respond to the situation with Golitsyn Loft. “Paper” and other journalists failed to talk to him: Basalygin’s phone is unavailable. One of the last comments was given by the entrepreneur RBC on April 4. Then he said that he was in Thailand, and shared his opinion that, although the pandemic of coronavirus would harm the Petersburg business, in the long run it may be useful. “There will be a lot of new beautiful empty plants and business centers that can be redone under some cool things,” the entrepreneur said.

In addition to Golitsyn Loft, BS Art Development Group controls three more spaces: the “third cluster” on the 8th Sovetskaya Street, “Fligel” on Nekrasov Street and “Multiples” at the Chernyshevskaya metro station. Basalygin also leads the Dark Crystal Games studio, developing computer games.
