Novosibirsk startup became a resident of the MTS accelerator

Dasha.Ai, a startup from Novosibirsk, was among the residents of the fifth set of the MTS accelerator. The company offers a voice service for call center automation.

In total, more than 550 applications were submitted, which was a record since the launch of the MTS StartUp Hub innovation center, of which the accelerator is a part. 19 residents were selected.

“The platform for automating voice business processes Dasha introduced a voice artificial intelligence for automating call centers that sounds like a person, which aroused keen interest among accelerator experts,” MTS notes.

The acceleration program is preparation for the launch of a pilot project with MTS. Startups will regularly communicate with business customers, develop a pilot hypothesis together with them, determine its KPI, and participate in master classes and workshops. On July 30, they plan to hold a Demo Day, where they will present their solution and, as a result of which, they will begin to launch the pilot.

“We note that with each enrollment, more and more mature startups come to our corporate accelerator. In the fifth set there are quite a lot of participants who already have large customers and have been developing their product for several years. So, for example, in the Novosibirsk startup Dasha. ai was invested by a large international fund. In addition, we have several foreign residents in this set, thanks to the fact that acceleration is now taking place online, ”said Dmitry Kurin, head of the MTS StartUp Hub.

Projects were selected in four areas: retail innovation, financial technology, environmental innovation, and Industry 4.0.
