In 2020, SGC plans to design and replace a section of the main pipe on Komsomolskaya Street with a length of 482 meters and a diameter of 500 mm. Repair of the pipeline will cost 40 million rubles. Currently, engineers are designing, procurement of contractor services has been organized.
Initially, the replacement of this section of the heating main was scheduled for 2021. However, on November 19-21 last year, power engineers had to repair two major damages here at once - on the main and quarterly pipelines. At that time, 43 residential buildings were left without heat. Taking into account the state of the heating main, SGC decided to speed up its repair.
And the repair of the quarterly heating network on Komsomolskaya, also this year, is planned to be carried out by the owner of the heating main - MUP Energia.
Thus, the program of the Siberian Generating Company for the overhaul of heating networks in Novosibirsk in 2020 already includes 10, and not 9 sections, as previously thought. In total, the SGK will replace about 5 km of pipelines in the city, which corresponds to the level of last year.
The amount of financing for the repair campaign at the heating network infrastructure facilities of the SGC in Novosibirsk this year will amount to 881 million rubles, which is 21% more than last year.
SGK included an additional site in the plan without increasing the total cost. The funds appeared due to the redistribution of funding within the program and savings on purchases.
Large-diameter main pipelines will become the priority of the overhaul program. In addition to the pipe on Komsomolskaya Street, these are eight more sections with a total length of 3 km: on Dmitry Donskoy, Dachnaya, Natsionalnaya, Vladimirovskaya, Kotovsky, Pozharsky and Sibiryakov-Guards streets, as well as in the Oktyabrsky Bridge dam. In addition, the repair program for 2020 included a section of the district heating network on Kotovskogo and Shirokaya streets.
