The Kirovsky District Court of Ufa fined three activists Alik Sagadeev, Andrei Fedusev and Regina Birguliyeva 1,000 rubles under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime (20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by MBKh Media with reference to the deputy of the Kurultai of Bashkiria Dmitry Chuvilin. In April, they went on a picket demanding to operate on their seriously ill friend.
On May 14, the court fined three more picketers.
- On April 28, relatives and friends of 19-year-old Ranel Shamsutdinov went out with a picket to the House of the Government of the Republic demanding an urgent operation on a seriously ill young man. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor, but could not be operated on, since the republican clinical hospital suitable for this was closed for quarantine due to the coronavirus. Seven participants of the picket were detained , protocols were drawn up against them for violating self-isolation.
- The next day, the Kirov Court issued a warning to Shamsutdinov's sister in an administrative case on violation of self-isolation and dismissed the case on organizing an uncoordinated public event due to insignificance.
- On May 8, Ranel Shamsutdinov died .
