• Vorobyov listed all the measures to mitigate quarantine: in the Moscow region, as in Moscow, construction sites and industrial enterprises are working, and from May 24, car dealer centers and sales offices at housing construction sites will start working. “Almost everything works, except for the service sector,” Vorobyov said.
