Today, the incidence of Covid-19 in the region, given the population, is higher than in problematic Dagestan. This is not normal. After all, Kamchatka is essentially an isolated region with which there is no railway message. It was necessary to try hard to bring the situation with the spread of coronavirus to such an extent neglect. And the authorities, without knowing that, tried.

In March in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the construction of the multifunctional medical center of the Ministry of Defense began. It was equipped for the treatment of "covid" patients from among military personnel.
Ironically the fate of the construction site of the medical center and became the first focus of coronavirus. Hundreds of workers from different parts of the country were brought to it. They work hard for 12 hours, and slept in army tents for 20 people.
Among the builders were infected, who began to infect colleagues and neighbors.

When in working brigades they began to detect patients daily in large quantities, they were isolated to quarantine. However, this did not solve the problem of growth in the incidence. Last Thursday in Petropavlovsk, another hearth was discovered - at the ambulance city station.
About dozens of people among doctors, paramedics and drivers, doctors on the terms of anonymity (they are forbidden to speak openly) told the journalist of the news agency Kam 24.
Yesterday, the regional government confirmed: the Covid-19 was identified by 38 station employees, and in the future the number of patients will probably increase.
Kamchatka is indignant on social networks: it was necessary to organize anti -epidemiological measures in this way so that the construction site of the medical center and the ambulance station became the centers of the virus! The head of the regional Ministry of Health, Elena Sorokina, who until recently reported a complete readiness to combat infection, now admits that "there were some problems with personal protective equipment." However, according to Sorokina, "the severity of this situation was somewhat slept." In this regard, she laid the responsibility for the “outbreak” at the station to doctors.
Although ambulance employees have a different opinion. They say that they were not fully provided with means of protection, and the leadership is trying to save on masks and costumes.
“Protective costumes are very flimsy: he caught on something, not so sat down-and he broke, but there was no replacement. Here we are Latu. The Ministry of Health require reports, threaten to calculate every penny of presidential payments, ”the doctors complain.
Meanwhile, there are no longer enough places for “covid” patients in the hospitals of Petropavlovsk, although the chambers are compacted there, they place people in the corridors. According to the authorities, civilian patients with coronavirus began in a military hospital. Additional beds, as expected, will provide an completed medical center of the Ministry of Defense.
As for the quality of treatment in Kamchatka clinics, there are different opinions on this subject. Entrepreneur Alexander Ivanov, whose coronavirus was diagnosed in mid -April, says that he has no complaints about the medical staff: “Doctors today are like soldiers in the war, and at the front line. They work around the clock, sleep in wagons, next to the hospital. ”
Alexander lay in the center of AIDS for 12 days, where he put droppers twice a day and poured shock doses of antibiotics. Two Caletra tablets were given as an antiviral drug, which is usually treated with HIV and malaria.

“It worked. If I sat at home for four more days, I would probably immediately hit the Ivl. And so I began to receive treatment, in general, not at the most severe stage, so I suffered the disease relatively easily.
But in front of my eyes there were other examples. Young men could not go to the toilet on their own, after three or four steps, their strongest shortness of breath began. They moved with oxygen masks. One of the patients was very bad, he lay under the Ivl apparatus, and near him all night - more precisely, several nights in a row - a young nurse was on duty in an anti -fiction suit. She taught the patient to breathe correctly, ”said the entrepreneur.
According to him, among those infected for the most part there were physically strong men, including security officials - police officers, FSB officers.
The Center for AIDS, the main “covid” hospital in Petropavlovsk, according to Alexander, is poorly adapted to receive patients with coronavirus.

“When I got there, I immediately had associations with a plague barrack or leopr. The media reported that special boxes were equipped in the center. In fact, these are ordinary chambers, very cramped. It is stuffy there, since the ventilation holes were sealed with cellophane - it is likely that the virus does not spread. The concentration of carbon dioxide at night, in my opinion, was prohibitive. To catch my breath, I went to sleep in the corridor, where the air was fresher, ”says Alexander.

In turn, the ambulance paramedic Lyudmila Nosova, who was infected at work, believes that in the 1st city hospital where they put it, formally relate to severe patients.
“Covid-19 treatment, as it turned out, is standard and does not take into account individual characteristics. I was given droppers with the drug "Leflobact". However, it became no better for me from him, but worse. As a physician, I can determine that he causes anaphylactic reaction in me, ”says Lyudmila.
The woman asked to replace the drug, but this issue, according to her, could not solve for a long time.
According to Saturday data, May 23, Koronavirus laboratory is confirmed in Kamchatka in 595 patients. 239 people recovered, six - died. Four more are in intensive care.
The situation in the region is very complicated. In Kamchatka and before the pandemic, there were catastrophically lacked doctors. And now, when the number of patients has increased sharply, and doctors have decreased, since they also became patients, the situation has become close to critical.
The regional government says that they agreed with the Eastern Military District on the direction of two brigades of military doctors to the peninsula.
Life once again showed how much the reports of the Ministry of Health on the successful development of healthcare in the region diverge from reality. Faced with a serious challenge, the system began to fall apart. The big question is whether it will have if the pandemic does not decline, and new “outbreaks” will be found in the region.
