The court arrested the administrator of the “Police Ombudsman” public page, Igor Khudyakov, in the case of distributing pornography

The Tverskoy Court of Moscow arrested Igor Khudyakov, the administrator of the Ombudsman of the Police public, as part of a case of distribution of pornography. It is reported by Interfax.

Khudyakov was arrested for two months, until July 22, 2020. He is suspected of a crime under paragraphs a) and b) of part 3 of article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal production and circulation of pornographic materials or objects by a group of persons by prior agreement using the Internet).

The creator of the public, Vladimir Vorontsov, is also a suspect in the case. According to investigators, in 2018 he distributed intimate photos of an unnamed woman on social networks; The case was opened at her request.

• Vorontsov is also accused of extorting 300,000 rubles from a former police officer for refusing to distribute personal photographs. Now the founder of the Police Ombudsman is under arrest.
• Vorontsov denies his guilt and links the persecution to his work to protect the rights of ordinary police officers.
