No one else trusts Vladimir Putin. It doesn't bother him

The other day, the Voice movement, which for many years has been the leader in the monitoring of domestic elections of different levels, caught the hand of the Central Election Commission. According to the information of this organization, the Central Election Commission, who returned to the discussion of popular voting on amendments to the Constitution on May 20, after the termination of the broadcast of his meeting held in the online conference format, discussed another issue already closed. It was about specific problems related to voting, financing and the level of readiness of ex -ink in the field. No specific dates seemed to be called, but many experts are sure that the event to identify folk will be joints with a parade on June 24. And in this regard, it was very useful for the study on topical public moods, which was published by a group of famous economist Mikhail Dmitrieva last Monday. (The one that once a few months before the corresponding events predicted a civilian rise in 2011-2012.) It is important to note that this scientific community specializes in measurements of non -quantitative, but, above all, qualitative changes within society, describes prevailing social sentiments. And the changes that this study records are truly revolutionary.

In an interview with Znak.com, Mikhail Dmitriev (in the photo) and his colleague, psychologist Anastasia Nikolskaya talked about the conclusions that their research group came to the last few months. One of the main ones: the so -called “postcrymist consensus” was subjected to serious erosion. Dmitriev claims that dozens of rounds of various studies show that "for people the issues of the rule of law, personal rights and freedoms, compliance with political procedures began to be advised, the request for politics and a request for justice." It seems especially interesting to me that all these measurements are absolutely fresh, they were carried out already during the period of “self -isolation” and thus record the latest changes in the public consciousness of Russian citizens. Researchers believe that the fracture began in the spring of 2019: “Even then, on the eve of the protests in Moscow, we indicated: such events are quite likely on a more massive scale, if a reason is presented for this. The same Moscow history is already interesting in that it unfolded at the end of July - in August, when anyone usually in Moscow, everyone goes on vacation. And the fact that protest activity took on a rather massive nature confirms: the trend indicated a year ago has become really quite serious. ” But what Anastasia Nikolskaya speaks of changes in the mood of people already in the quarantine period: “If at the beginning of the self -isolation period anxieties prevailed (by the way, they were mostly not about the risks of infection, but more economic in nature, because even then the economy and labor market began to respond to the situation), then people are not anxiety and not fear, but not anger, even this is not anger ... Moreover, this regional authorities, but about federal. And not even about the federal government as a whole, but to a greater extent about the president. The attitude towards the regional authorities is also quite cool, but it is much warmer than to the federal one. Belief in the ability of the federal government and the president personally to make some decisions in order to cope with the situation, in just a month fell catastrophically-just 3.5 times. Now people who believe that the president is able to cope with the situation - they are “absolutely sure” or “rather sure” in this - in our examination only 3%. ”

So, according to the research of the group of Mikhail Dmitriev, in Russia there are no more people who believe that Vladimir Putin is “capable of cope with the situation” ... Because three percent, it is like zero percent is a statistical error. And with this level of trust, the size of a statistical error, power goes to "a popular vote on amendments to the current Constitution." So, after that, it is worthwhile to be surprised that they hold secret meetings in the CEC and solve the most important issues behind closed doors. Because the elections that have to be falsified almost completely, the Russian CIK has not yet happened. This will be a completely new experience. With interest and excitement, we will observe how Ella Pamfilova will cope with such a non -trivial task.
