The human rights organizations "Agora" and "Zone of Law" launched the project "Factory 228", aimed at protecting people who suffered from arbitrariness in the investigation of criminal cases related to drug trafficking. This was announced in his telegram channel by the head of "Agora" Pavel Chikov.
The lawyers of the Agora will study the materials of the cases of convicts after court sentences, in which there are signs of tossing, provocation, falsification of evidence, and will also help prepare complaints to the European Court of Human Rights. The "zone of law", in turn, accepts reports of torture, falsification of evidence, extortion of money made by law enforcement officials.
You can apply to the complaint in the "Feedback" section on the "Agora" website or send documents by mail 228.agora@gmail.com.
