The "Immortal Regiment" will be held on July 26 after the Navy parade, since the social distance cannot be observed on shares.

Putin suffered Victory Parade in April due to Pandemia of Coronavirus. Veteran organizations addressed him with such a request. Initially, the Russian authorities denied the transfer of the event. The Ministry of Defense considered the opportunity to conduct it without spectators, wrote Open Media.
