In Blagoveshchensk, the court fined the participants of the motor rally on May 9

The court in Blagoveshchensk imposed fines on the participants of the festive motor rally on May 9. It is reported by the publication "Siberia. Realities".

A week ago, the organizer of the rally, Dmitry Kravtsov, was fined 20,000 rubles under the article on organizing a public event. Today, the court issued two more decisions on fines in the amount of 10 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime.

Local resident Anastasia Degtyareva was fined 5,000 rubles under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime and 10,000 rubles under the article on participation in an unapproved event.

Another participant in the rally, Vladimir Kulikov, did not appear in court, so the court's decision against him is unknown. The meeting of two more residents was postponed for health reasons: they said that they did not consider themselves participants in the action and refused to communicate with journalists.

"Siberia. Realii” specifies that other participants of the rally insist that the event was coordinated with the administration of Blagoveshchensk and local media wrote about it before May 9. But after the protocols were drawn up, these publications were deleted.

• On May 9, Blagoveshchensk hosted a motor rally timed to coincide with Victory Day. Immediately before the start of the rally, traffic police officers verbally suggested that its participants move without joining a convoy, but this did not work out due to the traffic situation. After the start of the convoy, cars began to be stopped en masse , some drivers were issued protocols under the article on non-compliance with the rules of conduct in the event of an emergency (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). One member of the column was taken to the department for identification.
• On May 9, law enforcement officers detained, in addition to the participants in the festive motor rally in Blagoveshchensk, in Moscow, supporters of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation , among whom were deputies, at actions in honor of Victory Day (they were not fined), activists laying flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow, picketers with flag and poster. A resident of Armavir was summoned to the police for an explanation because of a photograph in which she is driving a car on May 9 with a posted copy of the Banner of Victory.
