In Kaliningrad, the coordinator of the Open Russia movement Vadim Khairullin entered a single picket with a poster "Smile if Putin is tired." The broadcast is carried out on his Facebook page.
A few minutes later the police approached him and demanded to stop the action. They referred to the resolution of the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov, who prohibits mass events. Khairullin replied that the picket is single, and he did not violate the laws. He accused the police of creating mass. Judging by the video, on the site of the picket there were five employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They recorded the passport data of the activist.
Khairullin was a mask. At the time of writing, he was not detained.
In March 2020, Vadim Khairullin was called to the Kaliningrad Center for Combating Extremism after a single picket. They wrote a statement to him, accusing him of activism for money. Employees of the Center "E" were interested in sources of activist's income.
