The bankruptcy trustee of the Altai construction company Stroygaz asked to recover 4.3 billion rubles from Senator Sergei Belousov. He stated that more than 1 billion rubles were withdrawn from the company, which were used for the needs of a member of the Federation Council. The documents confirming these transactions were seized from the manager of the police.

The Arbitration Court of the Altai Territory adopted the statement of the bankruptcy trustee of the SPP of OJSC Stroygaz, Vladimir Plaza and the bankruptcy creditor of the company Tatyana Belousova, for the recovery of 4.3 billion rubles from the former management of the company in the framework of bankruptcy. This amount is also required by former directors of Stroygaz, Evgenia Ladyin and Vitaly Dubinkin and Korn LLC, who received the shares of the Council of Council of Belouses in trust management.

According to the bankruptcy trustee, the senator has its shares in Stroygaz since 2002. Having transferred them to the trust management of the Korn, he did not lose the opportunity to influence the company - his wife Tatyana and daughter Victoria introduced his wife to the board of directors.

The manager Vladimir Paul said that from 2012 to 2016 the company concluded transactions with affiliated persons aimed at withdrawing funds. The total amount amounted to 1 billion rubles.

“At the same time, Sergey Belousov and his relatives actually act as one of the beneficiaries,” said Parably.

The manager’s statement said that the ex-director Yevgeny Ladyin said that the money from the Stroygaz cash desk was issued to them as personal loans, but used for the needs of Sergei Belousov, “as well as bribes to officials and for the issuance of“ second ”wages to the top management of the SPP“ Stroygaz ”.

In May 2020, in the office of the assistant manager Dmitry Ponomarenko, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a search during which, including documents confirming the withdrawal of funds. The police did not explain the reasons. Ponomarenko filed an application with the UK.

“I believe that at the moment all the information from my computer and phone is transmitted to the“ customer ”operations,” he said.

The regional department of the Kommersant-Siberia SK said that the application was submitted to the prosecutor's office of the region. The police said that "the materials are not in the competence of the internal affairs bodies."
