In Kaliningrad, an anarchist was summoned for a conversation at Center “E”

In Kaliningrad, the anarchist and anti-fascist Vyacheslav Lukichev was summoned to the Center "E" for a conversation. Lukichev himself told OVD-Info about this.

According to the activist, the security forces were interested in who “is new” in the anti-fascist movement, what local anti-fascist musical groups exist, who goes to their concerts, what role Lukichev himself plays in the anti-fascist and anarchist movement in the Kaliningrad region.

The anarchist clarified that the employees of the Center "E" asked what he knew about the volunteers of Navalny's headquarters, offered to "go to their meetings" and make denunciations in their footsteps. As the security forces said, the activist "should report" all new movements in the region and "right-left skirmishes."

Lukichev stressed that he did not intend to accept the proposals of the employees of the Center "E", and also refused to point to any other anti-fascists.

According to Lukichev, he is not the only representative of the anti-fascist and anarchist movement in Kaliningrad who was summoned for interviews. The activist fears that the conversations may be followed by fabrication of criminal cases.

• On March 14, 2019, Vyacheslav Lukichev was fined 300 thousand rubles under the article on justifying terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) because of a post about an explosion at the reception room of the Arkhangelsk department of the FSB.
• In early November 2018, Vyacheslav Lukichev, the administrator of the Prometheus telegram channel, was detained on suspicion of justifying terrorism. He published the suicide note of the perpetrator of the explosion in the FSB building in Arkhangelsk and called him a hero. The lawyer stated that the Kaliningrad anarchist was interrogated for 36 hours and beaten.
• On the morning of October 31, 2018, a 17-year-old local resident detonated a bomb in the FSB building in Arkhangelsk. Three employees were injured, the young man himself died. A few minutes before the explosion, a message about the attack appeared in the telegram in the open chat of the Rebel Speech.
