“Khudyakov has been charged. During the interrogation, he explained that he did not admit guilt and gave evidence on the essence of the charges brought,” Pashkov said.
Another person involved in the case of illegal production and trafficking of pornography by a group of persons by prior conspiracy was the founder of the public, Vladimir Vorontsov.
According to the police, activists published photographs of the unnamed woman on social networks, and she wrote a statement about them.
Earlier today it became known that two more criminal cases were opened against Vorontsov on extortion (Part 1 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code) and pornography (points “a”, “b” of Part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code). He was also charged with extortion (Part 2 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code).
