On the new action, in support of Ilya Azar, more than 30 deputies, journalists and activists were detained. Report "Medusa"

On May 29, at the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Petrovka, single pickets again passed in support of Ilya Azar - on the eve of the journalist was arrested for 15 days. The police detained more than thirty people - among them correspondents who illuminated the action, municipal deputies and activists. Many detainees are still in the police department. Kristina Safonova, a special correspondent of Medusa, tells how the second day in a row was detained by participants in the joint of solidarity with an arrested journalist in the center of Moscow.

Petrovka, 38. Rain. The building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has several dozen picketers and journalists. Correspondents surrounded the municipal deputy Julia Galyamin. In her hands, she holds a folded poster. But this is enough for the police - Galyamin is detained and lead to the car carrier. There is already a detained activist Konstantin Fokin a little earlier - the police carried him in their hands in the car. “We have such a picket - massive, along with the police,” says Galyamin.

Over the next 15 minutes, ten more people are led to the car factory. “Right now, in the center of Moscow, people are detained illegally. The police are not introduced, they did not show their documents, ”Kirill Goncharov shouts from the Yabloko party. And then he turns to the employees who captured him: “Who are you? Go away. " They do not react to his words.

“I hope that Ilya will be released,” Elena Filina, municipal deputy, says on the way to the auto -zak. The appeal in the case of journalist and mundop Ilya Azar was appointed on June 1. Before that, he will be in a special -reception.

At the same time, on May 29, the Moscow City Court has already freed activist Viktor Nemetov from the arrest of the arrest. It was in support of Viktor Nemetov and the creator of the public “Ombudsman of the Police” by Vladimir Vorontsov Ilya Azar held a single picket on May 26 - he went to the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Petrovka in a mask and gloves, but was still arrested for the action.

The court freed Nemetov, replacing the imputed article from violations of the rules of mass shares to failure to comply with the rules of conduct in the threat of emergency. In the decision , the court explained that the activist violated precisely the decree of Sobyanin on the restrictions on the time of the pandemic. Since the article for its violation does not provide for arrest, Nemetov was a fine of 20 thousand rubles. But they immediately dismissed it from paying-due to the fact that the activist spent a day in a special detention center.

“Dear citizens, an increased readiness regime continues, the self -isolation regime. Request, disperse. This action is illegal, ”the police officer repeats again and again to the megaphone. Moskhordum deputy Mikhail Timonov, not paying attention to the words of the policeman, in response reads the appeal to the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow Oleg Baranov: "Carrying out a picket participant in the period of increased readiness is not a violation of the established procedure."

But the detention continues. The municipal deputy Elena Rusakov is led to the auto -zak - standing away from the audience, she read out the illegality of what was happening in Petrovka. Another deputy - Sergey Tsukasov - was detained by the mask with the inscription "Azar".

When there are no people who want to get up with a poster near the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police decide to check the accreditation of the assembled journalists. Everyone who does not have a press card is led to the car (already the second). Among the detainees are the authors of the UTUB channel “Another Opinion” who came to the picket on disposable passes. “They are not journalists,” one of the police officers comments on law enforcement agencies. For all other issues, he and his colleagues are advised to contact the press service of the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs.

There is nothing to breathe in the car-the detained journalists write about this in social networks and telegram channels. In response to the request of Medusa journalists, police nevertheless open a hatch and several windows in the car. At the same time, other employees seek to fulfill the demand of the authorities - to stop the protest action. Journalists in the second circle are checked by documents. This time, press cards are not enough, an editorial task is necessary. Units have paper with the signature of the editor -in -chief, but only the journalists of Echo of Moscow Alexander Poyshcheva and Tatyana Felgenhauer are delayed. On the eve of them, protocols were already drawn up under articles on violation of the rules of mass shares and violation of the self -isolation regime.

An ambulance drives up to Avtosak. Doctors take the young man to the car. Through the window with the grate, the detainees report that this is a member of the Libertarian Party. During the detention, he was hit on the head, he felt ill.

At the same time, new picketers come to Petrovka. Among them, the defendant of the Moscow business is rapper Samariddin Rajabov. He was accused of at the protest campaign he threw a plastic bottle towards the policeman, which, according to investigators, caused that “fears” for his health. The judge found him guilty and set a fine of 100 thousand rubles - but did not have to pay him, because before the trial Rajabov spent several months in jail

“Azar is sitting - this is a mess. A picket is not a violation for which you can give 15 days. By the way, in Rostov they gave six years per picket. Therefore, I came to support the guys, ”says Rajabov Medusa. And he adds: "I will go out tomorrow, if they are not taken away today." The police immediately approach him and take him to a car carrier.

Soon there are no activists on the street - the police detained more than 30 people . But journalists do not diverge. Then the police decide to finish the action on their own. The audience is pushed towards the garden ring, and answer all questions: "You interfere with the passage of citizens, violate." A skirmish begins between the police and journalists, but after a few minutes only employees remain near the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The rain ends.
