Times are now such that it is useless to look for logic in other solutions. Not so long ago, if they were talking about the resumption of the Russian football championship, it is very careful, but today - Nate, please: not just to play is allowed, but also with the audience. There were no decisive changes in the fight against the insidious virus between “yesterday” and today, but the tendency to improve the situation seems to be recognized as irreversible. Therefore, Russia, if nothing extraordinary does not happen, after three weeks should be ahead of the entire planet, catching up with Belarus, where the championship was not interrupted, and before the fans the gates of the Arena did not close (however, the people there did not break into the stadiums due to quite understandable fears).
The Belarusian script our football and the figures standing above them considered it too brutal,
But the German, and at the same time Spanish, English and Italian options for restarting without spectators are obviously recognized as too careful. The Germans entered the fields first, and the Russian functionaries and experts were not enthusiastic about this distilled TV industry: “a miserable likeness”, “no drive, no buzz”, “it’s better not to play at all”.
It is not for us to decide whether to play them or not, but it is clear that the top-playing of the top-champions had the economy-we need to work out tremendous money for television. The rest is like “if football returns, it means that a normal life is returning” - the lyrics. Nevertheless, in Germany, in Spain, and England, the strict security requirements did not question, for which they excluded the presence of the audience in the stands. It's a shame and annoying, but what can you do if the danger exists, and there is no mechanism completely excluding possible undesirable consequences.
Surprisingly, in Russia, such a mechanism of the RFU and the Premier League was invented, and after agreeing with the Ministry of Sports and Rospotrebnadzor it was adopted. The essence is simple: in the remaining matches there may be no more than 10 percent of the audience from the total capacity of the stadium. According to the developed regulations, it is this number that makes it possible to comply with the proper measures to prevent infection of football lovers that have gone through the living spectacle.
Why not 8 or 15 percent, is not explained.
The initiators of the brave proposal were authoritative functionaries from leading clubs, including Leonid Fedun, who was ill with the coronavirus of Spartak. Friendly "Hurray!" However, the public, however, did not follow - optimism, if manifested, then cautious. And there are many questions.
The regulation involves compliance with all precautions, including regular diagnostics of direct participants, enhanced hygiene measures, regular disinfection, compliance with the distance between players and staff, regular instruction on proper behavior before, during and after training and matches, zoning the stadium, social distances in the greeting of the guest club. Everything related to 10 percent of the fans is the prerogative of each club hosting the match. From Orenburg, whose quota will be 750 people, to Zenit, receiving the right to allow 6.7 thousand to Gazprom Arena.
The advantage will be given to the owners of seasonal subscriptions, and there is a catch: the same “Zenith” and “Spartak” has about three times more than allowed by a limit. As the same Fedun said, "the discriminatory moment is obtained." On the other hand, the zoning in which the lucky ones who have fallen on the stands will have to be from each other at a social distance, is unlikely to help create a familiar atmosphere. “Well, at least some semblance of a real sight,” the optimists say. “Nobody needs and even dangerous surrogate,” is the position of pessimists.
The point is that the renewal of the championship in such a format will not bring any income even top clubs. Kopecheki television, the cash desk of a hundred or two will not replenish one-time fans, and in compliance with all safety measures, the income will all the more in minus. With common thought, it was more profitable not to resume the season and not flog the fever, but the Russian government has its own reason to support a gust of football players. As Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said, “This is the great news. Players and fans missed live emotions and noise of the stands. Soon all this will return. ”
The main thing is that he will return on time, on the eve of the parade on June 24 in honor of the ceremonial parade of Victory of 1945. The return of football in a more or less full version will be another evidence that you can already slowly begin to celebrate. Or not celebrate - how it will go.
But it is necessary to be cooler than Germany. The situation obliges.
