The Moscow City Court released a participant in a single picket in support of the creator of the Ombudsman of the Police

The Moscow City Court in appeal replaced the arrest of a fine to Viktor Nemetov, a participant in a single picket in support of the author of the Ombudsman of the Police, and exempted from payment. It is reported by "Apology of Protest."

The court re -qualified his actions to failure to comply with the rules of conduct in the threat of emergencies (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and set a fine of 20 thousand rubles, but exempted from payment. The activist, who was taken to the court from the special receiver, was released in the courtroom.

• On May 27, the Tver court appointed 15 days of administrative arrest to Viktor Nemetov, a picket participant in support of the creator of the public “Ombudsman of the police” Vladimir Vorontsov, under the article on a repeated violation of the rules of participation in a public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Nemetova was detained on May 26 near the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on Petrovka, 38 on a single picket with a poster of Freedom to Vladimir Vorontsov.
