In Yakutia, the medical department of the psycho -dispensary issued a conclusion about the danger of shaman Alexander Gabyshev

The medical commission of the Yakut neuropsychiatric dispensary issued an opinion on the danger of shaman Alexander Gabyshev for himself and others. This was announced by the MBH Media Coordinator of the "Human Rights Cards" Alexei Pryanishnikov, who managed to contact Gabyshev today.

According to him, on Friday, on May 29, immediately after the shaman submitted a statement on the abandonment of further hospitalization in the name of the chief doctor of the dispensary, a commission was formed from the doctors of the institution, which, in an accelerated manner, issued a conclusion about the danger of Gabyshev.

“According to the chief doctor of the dispensary O.A. Prapuzova, on Monday, June 1, after almost three weeks from the moment Gabyshev was placed in a hospital, the dispensary will file a lawsuit against his involuntary hospitalization. Although for filing a claim, the Code of Administrative Production of the Russian Federation allocates 48 hours, which expired on May 14. This information is confirmed by Alexander Gabyshev himself, with whom today, May 30, we managed to contact, ”said Pryanishnikov.

Earlier, the defense of Gabysheva filed an administrative claim to the Yakut City Court on the recognition of his hospitalization illegal in the neuropsychiatric dispensary. The lawsuit states that hospitalization was carried out with gross violations of the law “On Psychiatric Assistance”, and Gabyshev himself was illegally detained by police and riot police. At the same time, the management of the medical institution does not provide an opportunity to communicate with a lawyer, which violates the right to receive qualified legal assistance, which is granted by the Constitution and the Law “On Psychiatric Assistance”.

On May 12, the security forces stormed the house of Gabyshev, and the next day, under the pretext of renting a test on Koronavirus, placed it in a psychiatric hospital. This all happened without a corresponding court decision. After that, there was no connection with Gabyshev for more than a week.

Alexander Gabyshev, calling himself a shaman-warrior, in March 2019 began a trip to Moscow in order to “expel” Vladimir Putin. On September 18, he was detained on the border of Buryatia and the Irkutsk region. After that, a case of public calls for extremist activities (part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code) was brought to Gabyshev.

On December 11, 2019, Gabyshev and two of his supporters Alexei Brylev and Kirill Mukhtarulin were fined a thousand rubles under an article on disobedience to police officers (19.3 Administrative Code). The protocol stated that during an attempt to present the agenda to the investigator Gabyshev took out a home -made sword and broke a uniform jacket for a police officer. According to the investigator, now there is a pre -investigation check under an article on violence against a police officer (Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
