"We were very good at settings"
On May 26, the New Gazeta told two stories of people who visited the observators of Crimea and Sevastopol. Arriving to relax on the peninsula is met at the airport and at the stations and obliged to lie down for two weeks under surveillance. Since May 24, the observation in Crimea has become paid - about 25,000 rubles per person.
For those who prefer the Crimea the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, the conditions are slightly softer: they still have to spend two weeks under surveillance, but-for free.
The Ural blogger Jeanne, the rich with the family, was in the observatory in the village of Kushchevskaya a week ago. On her Instagram, she said that
Arriving in the Krasnodar Territory on a car are met right on the border with the Rostov region.
“At the post, they politely introduced themselves and asked: does one of us have a temporary registration or real estate from close relatives? When they said that we did not even have a lease agreement, they invited employees of Rospotrebnadzor. At the post they were not <...>.
We told the purpose of our visit, we were offered two options: forced observation or leave the borders of the Krasnodar Territory.
The husband agreed to the observation <...>. Two hours later a woman came in a “protective suit” from RPN,
I did not introduce myself, I put it in a hurry already filled out signature decisions. We took a picture of all our documents, and we went to the destination - to the observator closest from this post. ”
The observator was a hotel. The blogger does not complain about the terms, he evaluates his number at the “four stars”.
“The day begins, as you wake up yourself, at 9-10 in the morning, when you knock on the door and bring breakfast. Medical workers measure the temperature to everyone. For breakfast, there is always milk porridge, omelet or cottage cheese casserole, pancakes with apple and cinnamon, cherry jam, bread, egg, tea bag. For lunch, there are always soup, in 7 days it was always different: pea with smoked meats, cabbage soup, pickle and so on. The second dish is something meat: meatballs, cutlets, liver, fried chicken, rice with vegetables, buckwheat, pasta. Compote. Dinner: Salad and the second dish: pilaf with meat, chicken beaten fillet in batter, horns with stew. ”
Judging by the reviews of people in other observators of the Krasnodar Territory, the conditions there are also quite acceptable.
True, the Kuban observators, following the Crimean, risk becoming paid: the vice-governor of the region Andrei Alekseenko has already made an appropriate proposal. The official explained this: "They got very good." So far, its initiative has not been enshrined in law.

Chelyabinsk
"We would sit in their America ..."
The export flight from New York flew to Ufa on May 23. Some passengers were taken to the Sverdlovsk region, the other part to Chelyabinsk. Maria G., a resident of Ufa, inexplicably ended up in a sanatorium on Lake Smolino in the Chelyabinsk region (although the girl has an apartment in Ufa, where she lives alone).
“After passing the border control, I was in the role of a prisoner,” she says. - Everywhere under the escort. I was broken by a suitcase, I could not even fix it at the airport, they just didn’t give me. And Aeroflot now says - once at the airport we have not issued, which means that we have nothing to do with it.
Maria waved her hand to the suitcase. In the sanatorium, she was settled in a house with seven unfamiliar women.
“The room has two souls, but one does not work,” she says. - A terrible toilet. Everything is dirty and rusty. Mosquitoes and flies. We were put a three-liter jar of boiled water from the tap, half complete. Water with sediment and stinks. They said drink.
- This is eight people. For two days we cursed. On the third day, we were moved to another house. Here we live the three of us, and the conditions are better. On the fourth day, we in half and I got it to get out of us. A cleaning lady came, washed the floor, and insects on the windowsill were lying and lying around. Well, we wipe it with wipes ourselves. They did not give us any rags. We would have washed it ourselves, but what? We constantly hear: “Why did you return from America? They would sit there. You came to Russia. What do you want? " We do not ask for anything supernatural. All that we want is daily cleaning and clean drinking water. Relatives sometimes bring water. But in Chelyabinsk they do not have them, and every day you will not run into.
According to Maria, it is impossible to achieve at least some intelligible answer to their questions. Wherever you call, all responsibility is shifted to others. Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Health, the “hot lines” in Covid - everything is deaf.
- They did not tell us anything about paying for residence in the observatory. It seems like it's free. One thing is not clear: if state money is allocated for this, why are the conditions so different in different regions?
“In the morning after the settlement, I phoned the“ hot line ”of Rospotrebnadzor, they were very surprised there why I was taken to a neighboring region,” the girl was indignant. -Actually, I wanted to find out from them.
According to Maria, there are no questions for food. All in disposable containers.
True, they bring her garbage bags and sometimes in one container there is one portion for two ...
-The guards and staff treat us as prisoners, as if we are guilty of something. The head physician says that you have pinned here. The guard brings programs from relatives and throws it on the porch. Here we were getting rid of the girls.

Yekaterinburg
"We took care of us right away"
A completely different mood of Yekaterinburg Anastasia, who flew to Ufa with the same flight as Maria G., but sent for observation to the Granatovaya Bay sanatorium in the Sverdlovsk region.
“We were immediately divided at the airport in the regions,” says Anastasia. - Sverdlovsk, 16 people, gathered in a group and immediately led to the bus. There, for each of us, there was a bag of food on the seat. We took care of us right away. Minimum contacts. They did everything clearly.
The conditions in the sanatorium of Anastasia are likeed.
- Comfortable beds, new bedding, clean in the room. The staff is polite. They will always bring water if it is over. After suffering stress, I could not fall asleep, they brought me valerian. Three -time nutrition, fed delicious and a lot.
During the settlement, all those who arrived left their suitcases at the entrance to the corps.
They were given clothes, pajamas, socks, panties, toothpaste and brush, shampoo, shower gel, washcloth ...
Up to hygiene gaskets. Entering the room, everyone took off all his clothes, folded it into a bag prepared for this and put it out the door. On the fourth day, all the guests were returned luggage and things.
“We remove in the room ourselves, they give us disinfectants,” says Nastya. - We have a mop separately for a room and separately for the bathroom. You can’t even go out onto the balcony, but the windows can be opened. Before the entrance is a special table on which they leave food and everything we need. We do not directly contact the staff.
According to Anastasia, during the settlement, the wishes of the guests were taken into account. Who wanted to live alone or with friends or relatives, he lives.
“I do not mind being in the observatory to be sure that I am healthy,” the girl concludes.
- If in America I did not contact anyone except my sister, then there was a flight and contacts with strangers at the airport. It’s better not to take risks.
Vegetarians were nearly hunger
The Russians who arrived on May 22 from India to Yekaterinburg and settled in an observator on the basis of the AVS hotel, almost freezed hunger. But not on purpose, but from misunderstanding. In the group of arrivals there were 15 vegetarians who do not eat dairy products, fish, meat and eggs. Despite the pre -left warning about this, ordinary nutrition was organized for them.
“On the first day, they brought us food with fish, we called recipe, explained what the vegetarians eat,” Konstantin recalls.
- But the situation was repeated periodically. But this is rather from ignorance than intentionally. At the same time, it was forbidden to take programs with food from our friends. We were lucky that we brought with us some products from India, which were cooked in the room. After several days of misunderstanding, we were allowed to transmit food. From each they took a receipt that in the case of food disorder or poisoning, we ourselves are responsible for ourselves.
According to Konstantin, during the period of forced hunger, guests were offered to buy fruits at the hotel itself. Banans cost 20 rubles per 100 grams, and apples - 15.
“The operational headquarters wrote that everyone would be fed by needs, so we did not worry about our friends flying from India,” said Polina Mudrova, an employee of the Foundation “I love and thank”. - After the settlement in the observator, vegetarians began to write that among the food he issued there is nothing that they could eat. Relatives arrived, brought them food, but the guard did not accept the transfer, motivating by order of Rospotrebnadzor. Although lawyers said that this is absolutely illegal. Later this problem settled, and today our friends do not starve. We enlisted the resolution of Rospotrebnadzor, and also presented the hotel administrations with different documents, including quality certificates for dishes brought from the cafe.
Apart from food problems, Konstantin in the hotel likes it. The room has all the amenities. There is a balcony, you can go out, look at the trees, breathe air.
He and his wife were given a bucket and a rag, so they do wet cleaning daily.
According to Novaya Gazeta in the Sverdlovsk operational headquarters, today in the region “10 observation sites for 14-day insulation of people arriving with export flights from abroad are opened in the region. People without symptoms of SARS are sent to the observators directly from the plane of the aircraft in compliance with all safety standards. In the event that upon arrival, the passenger revealed signs of an infectious disease, it is immediately hospitalized.
Among the hospitalized from the observator was one pregnant woman. She did not get a coronavirus, but simply began to give birth. She was taken to the hospital, where the baby was born.
“For all the time in the Sverdlovsk region, about a dozen cases of Covid-19 disease were revealed among persons aimed at observation,” the operastan noted.

Omsk
The escape of the watchmen
Most of the Omsk observators are watchmen who returned from the Chayanda oil and gas field, where the focus of the epidemic was discovered at the end of April. The regional government evacuated them from Yakutia after the persistent requests of relatives and the picket: right on the day of the protest campaign, Governor Burkov said that one and a half thousand Omsk residents will be evacuated from the Yakut shift: “Hospital is ready for their adoption, there are reserve and places in the observators.”
The shift workers were resettled in completely different living conditions. Those who ended up in the communal sanatorium and the tourist hotel (very comfortable, the KHL teams stopped here) do not complain about life. And who got to the Center "Metallurg" - after a couple of days they began to swear.
“They are placed in some rooms with the Swedish wall, this is certainly not for housing,” one of the guests wrote in VKontakte. - For 40 people one soul and two toilets. 4 people live in the rooms. The windows are naked, do not open: the room cannot be ventilated. Antisanitarian conditions ... "
Watchmen complain about the smell of dust, on the fact that sleeping places do not allow to observe a social distance of 1.5 meters.
“The room had to be washed by ourselves, they brought drinking water on the third day, but there are no glasses.”
The regional Ministry of Sports, citing the director of the center Valery Saltuka, nullified all the claims: “The numbers are provided with all the necessary funds. Cleaning and disinfection of premises are regularly carried out ... In this situation, not everyone who is forced to observe quarantine is satisfied with the very fact of the regime. But in order to security and prevent the spread of the virus, all the necessary conditions for our stay are created, and the employees of the regional Ministry of Health and Rospotrebnadzor are controlled. ”
This answer was not convinced by all the residents of the observator: two fled. The police found them, the case was transferred to the district court: for “violation of the legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population” (Article 6.3 of the Administrative Code), they face a fine of 15 to 40 thousand rubles.
According to the NGS55.ru website, 19 watchmen living in Metallurgist, a repeated Coronavirus test turned out to be positive. On May 21, they were transferred to a hospital for war veterans. But there, the living conditions seemed to watchmen even more dull than in the observator.
The video on YouTube, shot by a young man placed here with suspicion of Covid-19, is impressive.
“Tea brought us in a common bucket, threw plastic cups: like, draw it, everyone refused, the water in the tap is black, no matter how much it drains it. How I will brush my teeth, I don’t know, it’s difficult to go to the toilet: there are piles of bricks around the toilet, there is no toilet paper, concrete is crumbling, ashes - they smoke right there, immediately shower - it does not work either. There are not enough pillowcases, cockroaches, unsanitary conditions. ”
Five watchmen eventually tried to escape.
The regional government would probably be easier and less costly monitor the situation if all the watchmen could be settled in one place. And there is such a place in Omsk - the sanatorium "Dawn". On the shore of the Irtysh, in a picturesque park: there the quarantine would be a holiday for them. The head physician "Dawn" Natela Polezhaeva has already announced the readiness to accept the watchmen, but the authorities refused.
Everything would be fine, but only the place is politically unreliable: the human rights activists and Navalnovites are gathering here, the congresses are different civil society ... Yes, and raiders, quite influential, put their eyes on him, which the new one spoke more than once. It’s scary to risk their interests: it’s much easier to take a chance of the health of the shift workers.

Rostov-on-Don
"There are no refrigerators and dummies"
In the Rostov region there are 4 observators. The stay of citizens in them is free. By May 28, 151 people have in the observation: in Rostov-on-Don-12, Taganrog-3, mines-106, in the Neklinovsky district-30.
Each who arrives in the region must inform the municipal control groups about himself and go to self -isolation within 14 days. If there is no way to organize self -isolation in a separate room and exclude any contacts with people, a decision is made to place in the observatory.
Identification of patients COVID-19 in observators is single. The sick people are urgently hospitalized in an infectious hospital.
Forced observation is also practiced.
For example, on May 17 in the building of a student dormitory on the street. Lenin was quarantined 87 employees of Stroytransgaz. Pipeline "from the city of Mirny. According to other sources, there were 71 shifters. They all flew from Yakutia and were sent to observe directly from the airport.
At first, the workers complained about the living conditions: the hostel building was empty for a long time before their arrival, who arrived talked about dampness, dilapidated furniture and poor feeding.
“There are no refrigerators and TVs in the rooms. There are not even teapots. Convenience for several rooms. People for breakfast were fed with bread, which turned out to be mold. Arriving at the hostel, the deputy head of the administration of the city of Mine had to listen to reproaches from visitors. In response, the official explained that in just a couple of days they were warned about the arrival of such a large group of people, ”writes the site“ Shakhty.Su ”.
The city authorities said that the observator fully complies with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor, all sanitary standards were observed there, hot water supply was connected.
The headquarters for the fight against the spread of coronavirus in the Rostov region specified that only those who arrived from the established foci of coronaviral infection are sent to compulsory observation. According to the media, on May 21, a second group of workers-vakhtoviks drove into the Shakhty observator.
