The medical commission of the Yakut psycho-neurological dispensary issued a conclusion about the danger of the shaman Alexander Gabyshev for himself and those around him. This happened after he filed an application for waiver of further hospitalization on May 29. “According to the head doctor of the dispensary O. A. Pripuzov, on Monday, June 1, almost three weeks after Gabyshev was admitted to the hospital, the dispensary will file a lawsuit in court for his involuntary hospitalization. Although the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation allocates 48 hours for filing a claim, which expired on May 14.
