The ex-director of the Kemerovo Confectionery Plant Vyacheslav Vishnevsky, who owned the Winter Cherry shopping center, was charged with the final edition. His bribes to the head of the regional state building supervision could lead to the death of 60 people in a fire in a shopping center.

Vishnevsky was charged with the final edition under Part 5 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, reported in the IC of the Russian Federation.

“He is charged with a bribe in an especially large scale of an organized criminal group, headed by an official - the head of the inspection of state construction supervision of the Kemerovo region Tanzili Komkova,” the department said. - The organized criminal group also included her son - Eduard Komkov and the director of LLC “Resource” Nikita Cherednichenko.

According to investigators, in 2013-2014 Vishnevsky gave a bribe in the amount of 7 million rubles to the head of the inspection of state construction supervision of the Kemerovo region Tanzili Komkova, her son and Cherednichenko. This allowed the entrepreneur to reconstruct a shopping center without building permission, as well as without installing automatic fire extinguishing systems on all floors of the building.

After a fire in the Zimnaya Cherry shopping center, Vishnevsky was put on an international wanted list. He continued his construction business in Spain, where he acquired property. In the framework of compensation for damage, the investigation took measures to arrest the land plots belonging to Vishnevsky and his mother, residential buildings, apartments, and commercial real estate in Russia and Spain.

The criminal case against Komkova and her son, Cherednichenko and Schengeri had previously been received by the court for consideration on the merits. The investigation of the Vishnevsky case is at the final stage.
