Due to the laying of colors during coronavirus, nine residents of Volzhsky drew up protocols under the article on violation of the requirements of the “increased readiness” regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
On May 28, the court examined the first case of Vera Isergina and issued her a warning. In the decision, the judge indicated that Izergina “for no reason and urgent need to leave the place of residence” and was in a public place, “where a joint photo with citizens was taken, and the distance was not respected,” the newspaper writes.
On May 29, the court examined three more cases, one of the townspeople - Andrei Rybakov - also issued a warning, and two other participants in the action to the chairman of the city council of Volzhsk Nikolai Semenov and the deputy of the State Assembly of Mari El Andrei Kalugin - appointed fines of two thousand rubles.
Kalugin told Idel. The realities ”that on April 22, the police did not detain anyone, and only notified the drawing up of the protocol on April 28. Perhaps the law enforcement officers identified the participants of the action from a photograph available in the social networks of Andrei Kalugin.
In addition to Vera Izergin, Andrei Rybakov, Nikolai Semenov and Andrei Kalugin, a violation of the social distance is charged with the deputies of the Volzhsk City Council from the Communist Party of the Communist Party Svetlana Rybakova, Gennady Nikolaev, Yuri Zavyalov, Alexander Zimnukhov, as well as a resident of the city of Vladlen Tarasov. The court will consider the five remaining administrative cases in early June.
