On June 6, temples will open in Moscow for believers. Patriarch Kirill discussed the epidemiological situation with the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, after which the corresponding decision was made.
I do not want to start a dispute about whether it is right or not. I am a supporter of an unpopular in the environment of progressive people, that for some a visit to the temple is one of the basic needs, and that such a position is also worthy of respect. I think that the authorities at one time acted unreasonably tough, without even trying to descend to discussing their problems and finding a compromise. Hence, by the way, the outbreaks of infection in monasteries, and the death of intractable priests. Nobody simply spoke to them humanly, and they protested as they knew how. Having shown, by the way, that those who are considered to be almost savages and obscurantists, they know more of ours about freedoms.
This, however, is almost the main conclusion from the whole story with Pandemia: the authorities are completely unable to talk with people. And they do not understand why to do this. And they are right, of course, because the habit of ignoring the population does not create any problems for them.
But this is all in the past, because coronavirus in Russia has been living the last days. The discovery of churches is a symptom, in fact, this means that even Sobyanin, the main pandemium Alarmist, the inventor of electronic passes and the compiler of crazy graphs, walked the Muscovites. And not the Patriarch found the right words, of course, but the invisible Kremlin chiefs. A few days ago, the Moscow mayor claimed that the restriction regime in the capital would act "before the appearance of the vaccine." That is, perhaps forever. And now suddenly opens the temples. I heard, I understood, thought better of it.
Sobyanin retreats because he has nowhere to go. You can’t disobey. He-I do not exclude such an opportunity-in his own way he worries, of course, for the health of the townspeople, but his own chair is obviously more important than someone's health.
Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov seems to be clearly said: the Kremlin hopes that by the time the parade from the self-isolation mode is “little to remain”. The Kremlin’s hopes should come true, this is understood by everyone who is somehow built into the Russian state system. You can not upset the inhabitant of the Kremlin. It is said - victory, then, is victory.
It is said after all. June 24 - Victory Parade. The day after the parade, you can start voting for amendments to the Constitution, although the official voting date is July 1. "Impeccable date", as noted by Vladimir Putin. True, everything is so invented there that it doesn’t even matter when you begin to vote and whether you start at all. The turnout will still be grandiose, but the result is now clear. The question is not whether the amendments will be adopted, but whether it will be possible to furnish the CIC so that the number of people voted for amendments does not exceed the number of citizens of the Russian Federation once at two. After all, they also understand in the regions that the Kremlin’s hopes should come true, and the inhabitant of the Kremlin cannot be upset.
The head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova even managed to report that the vote for amendments would not worsen the epidemiological situation. Well, still. Most likely - improve. And even those little conscious citizens who will still hurt July 1, will probably be healed when they come to the sites.
This is a topic for a big and funny conversation. Or even sad, here how to see: our future will grow from this uncomplicated comedy. But today we have another topic.
In childhood, one of my favorite books was Herbert Wells’s novel “The War of the Worlds”. Well, who doesn't know him? Martians in giant military tripods capture the earth. A hero whose name the author does not call, runs around the ruined England. The book is terrible, fascinating, influential (you can recall the famous story with the radio feeding of another Wells, Orson, who frightened half of America, issuing the retelling of the novel for real reports; and all countless films that were shot and shot).
And a little naive: showing the atrocities of the aliens, the spectacular scene of the tripod of the tripod with the battleship “Son of the Thunder” (or was it just a destroyer? - I don’t remember already) and the destroyed English cities, the author simply exhausted the plot. I did not figure out what to do next, and told readers that the Martians died of some kind of earthly illness. All.
Officials and propagandists who composed Saga for several months about the struggle of the moral leader of the nation with coronavirus are not as talented, of course, like Herbert Wells. But their problems are the same: they just exhausted the plot. They drove us into quarantine (by the way, even not daring to name the quarantine quarantine), licked with statistics, punished for “fake news”, invented ridiculous prohibitions, pretty gone through the economy and greatly angry the people.
That is, in general, everything that they could do. The ideas are over. There was already a battle with an armadillo, empty cities too. Moreover, even official statistics are not that pleasing. In any case, things are now clearly worse than they were when Putin's “non -working weeks” were introduced: people continue to infect, get sick and die.
What remains? It remains only to announce that the situation was somehow better. The main one missed in the bunker, regular video conferences are no longer distracting from thoughts about unfinished matters. About the most important unfinished affairs - a full -fledged parade was not held, voting for amendments has not yet taken place. Nervous of it is a very risky thing.
And if so, well, we rejoice. We almost won Koronavirus. There were trifles. The parade will finish it, and the vote will bury it.
And, of course, this is a story about the talents and abilities of people who now manage Russia. But the most unpleasant in another: the virus does not know that we defeated him, and even the splendor of the military parade may not appreciate. To protect yourself, protect, make reasonable decisions yourself, there are no other hopes left.
Yes, if we stayed, we are not the Kremlin, and it is not written anywhere that our hopes must be fulfilled.
