
The plan for the restoration of the Russian economy after restrictive measures introduced due to the pandemic of coronavirus is estimated at 5 trillion rubles. This was stated by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with Vladimir Putin.
The plan consists of nine sections and contains about 500 events in various directions until the end of 2021. According to the premiere’s forecast, until the end of 2020, the situation should be stabilized, recovery will begin from the second quarter of 2021, and growth will begin no earlier than the end of 2021.
At the same time, the complete removal of coronary -Russian restrictions for the Russian economy on the scale of the whole country is possible only by July 2021.
According to the previously published forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development, the Russian economy in 2020 will decrease by 5%. Next year, the ministry expects GDP growth by 2.8 percent.
