The city in Altai after the mayor’s detention was headed by the ex -employee of the FSKN, convicted of thrown drugs

Dmitry Petrakov, who was sentenced to three years in the case of thrown drugs, will lead the Slavgorod in the Altai Territory, a former employee of the Federal Drug Training Service (FSKN). It is reported by altapress.ru .

According to the court, in 2016, Petrakov was found guilty of excess of official powers using violence (paragraph “A” of part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code).

According to the publication, since 2013, the telephone of the operative Petrakov began to listen to the employees of the department of their own security department of the regional department of the Federal Drug Control Service due to reports of falsification of cases. In 2014, the SK accused Petrakov of storing drugs of a large scale (part 2 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code) and excess of official powers. In addition to imprisonment, the court sentenced Petrakov as a ban on holding official positions in government agencies for two years. When he freed himself from the colony, it is unknown, but in May 2019, Petrakov was appointed chairman of the Housing and Public Utilities and Ecology Committee, the publication notes.

After the detention of the mayor Sergei Gorbunov, in the case of a bribe of 2 million rubles, Petrakov began to lead the Slavgorod as acting First Deputy Mayor. As Mediazone was informed in the city administration, the former operative was appointed to this position back in 2019.

Petrakov’s criminal record has not yet been repaid, the publication notes. “Petrakov has the right to temporarily fulfill the obligation, but he cannot be submitted to the elected head and will not submit documents for the competition of the head of the city,” said Yuri Proskurin, head of the department of the governor’s administration and government of the region on domestic policy issues.
