Kommersant: the alleged leader of the Taganskaya organized crime group was accused of complicity in the murder of Ded Khasan

The alleged leader of the Taganskaya organized crime group, Igor Zhirnokleev, was charged with complicity in the murder of thief in law Aslan Usoyan (Ded Khasan), writes Kommersant.

According to the newspaper, investigators believe that Zhirnokleyev and several of his accomplices, ordered by Georgian crime bosses, were spying on Usoyan.

In addition, Kommersant writes, Zhirnokleev and another alleged leader of the organized crime group, Grigory Rabinovich, were accused of organizing and executing the murders of Rospishcheprom General Director Valery Zhuravlev, financier Alexei Pokrovsky and Moscow department store lawyer Andrei Bralyuk, as well as organizing a criminal community and participation in it.

Defenders of the accused told the newspaper that both categorically deny their guilt in all cases charged to them.

In January 2013, a sniper shot and killed Aslan Usoyan while leaving a restaurant on Povarskaya Street in Moscow. The perpetrators of the murder of the crime boss were not found.
