Why are they delayed the participants of single pickets? Explains the Ministry of Internal Affairs
The police explained why they detained the lawyers of Dmitry Grazov and Daniil Berman, who on May 31 staged single pickets at the building of the Investigative Committee in Moscow, protesting against the criminal case against their colleagues. The administrativeprotocols received by lawyers say that their actions are “a hidden form of a collective public event”.
