On June 3, under the leadership of the Acting Deputy Commander of the Pacific Fleet, Colonel Storozhenko, "training of ceremonial calculations" started in the city. These "big maneuvers" immediately attracted the attention of the townspeople. They are held in broad daylight with a large and unusual time for this time of the day of the people and “delight the eye” of passers -by people in the form with weapons, banners, pipes and drums.
All participants in the upcoming celebrations gather at the checkpoint of one of the military units of the TOF, deployed in the immediate vicinity of residential buildings, shops, and city roads.
Defenders of the Fatherland are crowded in anticipation of a passage to a parade ground without any means of protection and observance of a social distance.
Well, so they will march the same way - shoulder to shoulder. That is, by default, everyone is healthy, everyone went through a sieve of tests on coronavirus.
Honestly, all these are trifles compared to the fact that next to the armed uncles in front of the checkpoint in anticipation of training the crowd of pupils of the local military-patriotic club "Vostok" is crowded: 68 boys and girls, schoolchildren of various ages, starting from primary schools to graduates.

Almost all without masks and gloves, hold tight,
It is as if there is no pandemic, no danger, nor the rules of self -isolation and hygiene.
The reckless mentors of the guys - an elderly caperang and a cheerful aunt in the berets, shape and strange medals on the chest - both joyfully shine with smiles and are extremely open, that is, also without masks. It can be seen with the naked eye: the participation of the club led by them in such a responsible and important event, and then, you look, and in the parade itself-this is just some kind of holiday!
It is significant that before the start of training, immediately after everyone announced that the parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory will be held on June 24, a request from the director of the regional department of Youth Affairs Elena Tomchuk with a request to clarify the situation and the possibility of participating in the celebrations of children and the youths of the Rospotrebnadzor in the Primorsky Territory.
On June 4, the answer came. The head of the department, Tatyana Detkovskaya, said that in the territory of the Primorsky Territory there is an increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection, an increased readiness regime is valid, and 2155 newcomers were registered as of 2.06.2020, the growth rate per day is 2.47 percent.
The position of Rospotrebnadzor
“We consider it necessary to continue measures to further disconnect children. We offer not to consider the participation of children in this mass event (that is, in preparation for the parade. - N. about .), ”Concluded Detkovskaya.
But Rospotrebnadzor is not Sergey Shoigu, the fleet command is not a decree. At the headquarters of the TOF, they did not wait for all these warnings and famously brought together without any “conventions” of military sailors, marine infantry, the personnel of the Ministry of Emergencies and ... children's club.
Soon, according to the schedule, Vladivostok schoolchildren are back to duty, under the banners, on the parade ground. And so every day until June 10.
And then three more workouts - common, with the entire Vladivostok garrison. And then, June 20, a general rehearsal ...
Meanwhile, by order of the governor of the region Oleg Kozhemyako, a mask regime and other restrictions are extended in Primorye until June 15. That in the case of another outbreak, the authorities unleashed the authorities: "And this is not us, this is the fleet ..."

I told about this so-called military-patriotic education to my father, who met the war in Brest with an 8-year-old boy who knew the occupation, hunger, departure with his family in a partisan detachment ... My 87-year-old father, who dreamed of a worthy celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory, about the saint for him, suddenly transferred by the “tsarist sentence” for a dangerous term-24 June, having listened to my story about the participation in the training of the children's "front company", said only one thing: "disgrace."
I have no doubt, other veterans would say the same. By the way, in the current “combat” environment, the traditional veteran column in the Vladivostok parade will not participate. They decided the only right thing: "Health is more expensive."
The response of the information support department of the press service of the Pacific Fleet:
In preparations for conducting on June 24, 2020, in the city of Vladivostok, solemn measures dedicated to the Victory Parade, a set of sanitary and anti-epidemiological measures aimed at excluding the skidding and spread of infectious diseases is planned and implemented.Participants of ceremonial calculations, including pupils of the Military-patriotic clubs of Primorye, are fully provided and allowed for training exclusively in personal protective equipment-gloves and medical masks. Students of educational institutions of the municipality, which are members of the Unarmean detachments, cadet classes and military-patriotic clubs are involved in celebrations only if there are a permission of parents or their legal representatives.
All military personnel participating in training are tested for coronavirus infection and are allowed to prepare the military parade only in the absence of any signs of the disease. Before the start of each training for all participants in the events, including representatives of organizations and institutions that are not related to the military department, military doctors are carried out by a compulsory entrance barrier temperature control.
In addition, the RHB departments of protection are disinfected by training places intended for the transport of vehicle military personnel and premises for their living. All training participants around the clock are under the close supervision of military doctors.
