The Tver District Court returned the protocol drawn up to the chief editor of “such cases” Anastasia Lotarev to the police. This is reported on Facebook by lawyer Mikhail Biryukov.
The court determined that in the protocol under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the public action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) “it does not indicate what a violation of A.A. Lotareva as a participant in the established procedure for holding a public mass event, together with other persons, did not give signs of publicity of the event.”

The journalist of Novaya Gazeta and the municipal deputy of the Khamovniki district arrested for 15 days for a picket in support of the author of the Ombudsman of the Police. He was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The Ombudsman of the Police is originally the VKontakte group, created by Vladimir Vorontsov, when he worked in the police and the EC center, then the pages appeared in other social networks. The public covers information about violation of the rights of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and criticism of the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In the summer of 2019, Anastasia Lotarev was put on preventive records after participating in a single picket in support of Ivan Golunov.
