A transgender girl was accused of calling for extremist activity in Penza

The FSB Office for the Penza Region opened a criminal case of calls for extremist activity (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) against a transgender girl named Kira due to a comment on VKontakte. She herself told the OVD-Info about this.

In early June, to a 19-year-old girl came home with a search, during which the security forces seized two computers, a telephone and a SIM card. A criminal case was opened in connection with a comment on the social network about the revolution and violence against representatives of the authorities.

After the search, Kira was taken for interrogation to the FSB Office, where she gave a confession. At the moment, the girl is under the subscription about the lower room.

The girl, who, according to male documents, has been taking hormonal therapy for the second year. According to her, this fall, she was supposed to receive a certificate F64.0 (transgender). Now she is afraid that if she is imprisoned or sent to the colony, she will not be allowed to take the necessary drugs without a certificate. A sharp cessation of hormonal therapy can greatly harm health.
