In the spring, Bronka Group, the owner of Golitsyn Loft on Fontanka, broke an agreement with the management company BS Art Development Group, which has been engaged in the project from the moment of founding . Due to the conflict, some of the tenants left the cluster, and communications were dismantled in its premises. Now the space does not work and you can’t get there.
The Bronka Group “Paper” was informed that by June 4 a new subarter had not yet been appointed, and the details of the updated concept have not yet been determined. One of the Cluster residents told Paper that BS Group left behind the “devastation” and mountains of garbage.
“Paper” publishes photographs from the instagram of the local historian and the author of the mailing list with the stories of St. Petersburg houses of Alexei Shishkin and shows what “Golitsyn Loft” looks like now.
