Anomalous heat is expected in St. Petersburg

Since June 6, in the European part of Russia , including in St. Petersburg, an abnormal heat with a temperature background is awaiting above the norm. This was written by TASS with reference to the supervisor of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Wilfand.

“ Since Saturday, the temperature is higher than the norm by 2–4 degrees in most territories. Especially heat in the North-Western Federal District and in the northeast of the territory. For example, in St. Petersburg at the beginning of next week there are very high temperatures-5-6 degrees higher than normal, ”says Wilfand.

According to the weather forecaster, temperature anomalies will last until June 10. Anomalous weather is expected in Moscow (6 degrees above normal), as well as in the Pskov, Novgorod regions, in Komi, in the north of the Urals and in Perm (10 degrees higher than the norm)

According to the Hydrometeorological Center, on Saturday in St. Petersburg there will be an average of 21 degrees of heat, on Sunday - +25, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - from +25 to +27 degrees.
