As Ivanov clarified, he was detained as he was leaving the house.
The police plan to take the detainees to the Presnya police station to draw up a report under the article on violation of the rules of participation in the action (Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
Another participant in the procession, Matvey Aleksandrov, noted in his Telegram channel that a local police officer came to his home.
A lawyer from OVD-Info, Dmitry Zakhvatov, went to the department.

After his arrest, a report was drawn up against him for violating the rules of participation in a public event (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). However, the court will consider the protocol of disobedience by police officers (Part 1 of Article 19.3) in connection with the detention of Ivanov during single pickets on March 22 against police brutality.
Lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov will represent Ivanov in court.
