
In Pskov against the director of the music school No. 1 named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov opened an administrative case due to contracts for the purchase of chairs for an educational institution for 100 thousand rubles.
The local prosecutor’s office said that contracts for the supply of chairs were concluded with three companies that are interconnected. The purchase was specially divided into several small contracts to avoid competition during trading.
At the end of 2019, the music school purchased chairs worth 100 thousand rubles each. In February, the regional branch of the Federal Antimonopoly Service reported that "chairs with a goose pen and a black beech with velvet could not see yet", although according to the documents they were taken to a music school. Later, the head of the city administration, Alexander Bratchikov, refused to show reporters expensive chairs purchased for budget money.
