Russians were allowed to leave the country for work, study and treatment

The government allowed the Russians to leave the country to work, study, treatment and care for sick relatives. This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting of the Coordinating Council to combat coronaviral infection, writes TASS.

Mishustin also added that foreigners also received the right to enter Russia for treatment and to care for relatives. Both decrees have already been signed.
