Actor Mikhail Efremov was detained after interrogation, Interfax reports with reference to the Moscow police.
Efremov was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (grounds for the detention of a suspect).
In the Tagansky Court of Moscow, they previously said that on June 9 they were waiting for a petition from the investigation for a measure of restraint for the actor.
- On the evening of June 8, Mikhail Efremov, who was in a state of intoxication, drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee into the oncoming lane of the Garden Ring near the Foreign Ministry building in Moscow. He collided with a Lada van and other vehicles. The driver of the van was seriously injured and died in the hospital.
- In Efremov’s blood, 2.1 ppm of alcohol was found (this roughly corresponds to a drunk bottle of vodka), in addition, according to the 112 telegram channel, tests showed the presence of cocaine and cannabinoids in the blood.
