Recently, thanks to the Mediazone and journalist Alexander Plyushchev, theyreturned the mention of the zeroing of the presidential terms of Vladimir Putin. "Medusa" found out that on this site many non -existent amendments were published, the text of which differed from the real ones . The site editors manually rewrote part of the amendments, in some cases distorting their essence. A number of errors by the time of publication were already corrected, others were removed with the corrections themselves, but some still remained in place.

Children again made the “most important property” of the state - then corrected

The state creates conditions that contribute to the comprehensive spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical development of children, the education of patriotism, citizenship and respect for the elders. Such a wording was in the changes that Vladimir Putin made to his own amendments after their adoption by the State Duma in the first reading. She was recognized as unsuccessful , since the children were declared the property, that is, in a sense, the property of the state. As a result, the children became the "priority of the state policy of Russia."

At some point, the editors of the remote voting site generally removed this item from the site, but at the same time left the corresponding phrase in the comments: “Children are the main property of the Russian Federation.” Only then did they lead the text into proper appearance.

In fact, this clause is not exhausted by the right of the Constitutional Court to stop the execution of decisions of international bodies. He has similar powers in relation to decisions of foreign and international courts (including arbitrations).

This item with the powers of the judges ended with a point with a comma, and not a comma, as in a document. It turns out that the loss of a fragment of the text cannot be explained by the fact that it was simply forgotten to copy it. Now, from the website of remote voting , the mention of this (125th) article has generally removed , but left the corresponding phrase in the commentary: “The priority of the Russian Constitution over the decisions of international courts is established.”

The site editors manually tried to combine the previous and new version of the corresponding part of the Constitution in one paragraph. But they forgot to mark which fragments are added and which are deleted. As a result, a strange design with two revolutions “And also” turned out. Now the mention of 132 articles have been completely removed from the site.
