A criminal case on violation of the rules of the road, committed while intoxicated and entailed by negligence, the death of a person was opened against the actor. If Efremov is found guilty, he faces from five to 12 years in prison.

According to the traffic police, in 2019, about 15 thousand accidents with the participation of drunk drivers occurred. More than four thousand people died in these accidents.
