They want to prosecute Sever.Realii journalist Tatiana Voltskaya under the administrative article on “fake news” (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). She was called to the police to draw up a report. It is reported by Mediazona.
“Apparently, the Investigative Committee decided not to initiate a criminal case, and now the journalist faces a fine for an administrative offense,” Mediazona was told at the Media Rights Protection Center.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded that Voltskaya's interview about the lack of ventilators and forced euthanasia be removed.

Then it was reported that Voltskaya could face a criminal case on the dissemination of “knowingly false” information (Article 207.1 of the Criminal Code).
