Kaliningrad: The second policeman was detained because of the death of a resident in a pre-trial detention center

In Kaliningrad, a second policeman was detained, who is suspected of involvement in the death of a local resident Ivan Vshivkov. The body of Vshivkova was found in the cell of the police station in February. A local resident scolded boiling water from a broken battery and died of thermal burns.
