
The KTOMY.MEDIA platform team is working on the documentary animation series "Living Memory" based on memoirs about Russia and about well-known and little-known figures of Russian culture.
According to the authors of the Living Memory project, each series from 7 to 10 minutes - this is an excerpt from the memoirs read by the famous artist. The series will be released in October 2020 on the YouTube channel Ktomy.Media .
Among the artists participating in the project, Alexei Guskov, Anatoly Bely, Maria Smolnikova, Lika Nifontova, Evgeny Knyazev, Vasily Bochkarev, Maria Shashulova, Kirill Pirogov and Miriam Sehon.
Music for the series is written by composer Kirill Parastaev, an animation artists led by Alexei Ermolaev draw a video sequence.
All series of “living memories” will compose almanac, which will be shown in different museums of Russia associated with heroes and authors of memoirs. The project partners have already become the Museum of the History of the Far East in Vladivostok, the Abramtsevo Museum-Reserve, the Bashkir State Art Museum in Ufa, the State Museum of the History of the Gulag in Moscow and the Tobolsk historical and architectural museum-reserve.
In addition, it is supposed to create the final performance “Living Memory”, which will be presented on the stage of the theater art studio led by Sergei Zhenovach.
