© Moscow State United Museum-ReserveOpen spaces of museums and museum-reserve, which are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture, will be able to resume work from June 16, subject to all measures taken in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.
This is stated in the order signed by the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, the Ministry of Culture reports.
The order obliges federal institutions to organize access to their territories, including park zones and open-air expositions, "in accordance with the regime of organizations and the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological security approved by Rospotrebnadzor."
Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Culture jointly developed “Recommendations for preventive measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection ( Covid-19 ) in museums, museums-reserves, palace and park museums.”
Museums, in particular, are recommended to prepare the premises for full -fledged work by sanitizing the exhibition halls and installing protective screens in places of interaction with visitors, as well as organize routing, which provides separate entrances and exits to museum buildings if possible.
In addition, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Culture recommend that employees and visitors of museums be in premises in hygienic masks and gloves, observing the required distance.
