If this is the course of the protection of the security forces passing in the case of the death of Vshivkov, then very short -sighted - the video only raises new issues to their actions, the lawyer of the victim believes.

In the morning, the Kaliningrad television channel “Cascade” published a video of events preceding the deaths of 36-year-old Ivan Vshivkov, who last fall boiling in the police department and later died of burns. The night before, the same video appeared in the anonymous telegram channel "Channel Kant". “Everything secret will always become obvious. Remember the sensational story with the "tormented" in the PPZ football player Snowkovov? Martyr or just an accidental suicide? " - the unknown author asked sarcastically.

In the video of the lords, he squats off the battery and talks with a man - apparently, the police - who removes the dialogue.

The interlocutor remaining behind the scenes asks why the detainee bent the grill, which is closed by the battery, and broke the observation camera. Leshivkov explains his actions with a protest against the illegal, in his opinion, detention. “I did not say anything to anyone, and did nothing. I didn’t even swear obscenities, do you understand? " He says emotionally.

Then the detainee asks the phone to call the lawyer, but the police ignore this requirement and offer him to sleep. At the end of the conversation, the policeman calls Ivan Vshivkova Valera several times, he is offended. “Valera, huh? Well, since Valera, I’ll tear off the battery now, I’m ***** [spit], ”says Lesivkov, breaks the battery and steps aside.

Football player Ivan Vshivkov hit the police department in the Moscow district of Kaliningrad late on the evening of October 19, 2019. He was detained for petty hooliganism. Relatives asked him to let him go, but the police replied that they would free the young man only in the morning. After a fight with another detainee, Leshivkov was transferred to another camera, where, according to the investigation, he broke the CCTV camera hanging over the door.

The next morning, after the incident, with the battery of Vshivkova, he was taken to the Central City Clinical Hospital, where he died of burns: the detainee spoke boiling water from the heating system, receiving thermal burns 95% of the body surface.

Three days after the death of Ivan Vshivkov, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence, which entailed death by negligence). Later, on suspicion of excess of official powers with the causing consequences (paragraph “B” of part 3 of Article 286) detained the head of the shift of Nikolai Plebukh.

The mother of the deceased Olga Vshivkova believes that the police could deliberately leave Ivan without help in order to hide traces of beating. According to her assumption, the son could be fastened with handcuffs to the battery. In the Investigative Committee, this version was not divided from the very beginning.

Lawyer Vladislav Filavoev, who collaborates with the “zone of law” and representing the interests of the victim, notes that the appearance of a video on the investigation of the case does not affect the case, but connects the sudden publication of the shooting with the detention of the police Alexander Ivanov.

The senior operational attendant Ivanov was detained the day before, June 10. He is suspected of excess of official powers with the causes of grave consequences (paragraph “c” of part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code). The investigation believes that Ivanov, like a plea, is involved in the death of Vshivkov.
