An employee of the National Guard threatened to throw drugs to the Muscovite, who, from the point of view of a neighbor, listened to too loud music. The video of their conversation appeared on YouTube, after the visit of “unknown people in civilian clothes” was deleted, and then appeared again - and in the end it was worth the security forces. "Mediazona" collected everything that is known about the incident.

What happened on the video and where did it come from

In the middle of the day on Wednesday, June 10, the journalist of the Notepad of the Notepad published a minute record from the observation camera installed in the room of a small apartment - a modest situation is visible: a desk, a closet and a sofa, an indignant female voice was heard behind the frame: “Can I, right? <...> You will do the right thing! ” The hasty and confused speech of a woman, judging by the sound, behind the door, cannot be disassembled, but the phrases “I'm afraid to go out” and “I'm afraid to release my son”.

“Hey, puppy, ***** [damn]. What are you, ***** [damn]? " - says an enraged dense man in the form of the National Guard, pushing a leg into the man’s room and shales on the barefoot room. A woman approvingly assent: “That's right, let him!” Following the first security officer, the second, less fed-he holds some document in his hands. The first closes the door behind the female exclamation: "Give him properly!"

At the same time, Dmitry explained, in the evening after the incident, which occurred on June 6, the hero of the shooting himself posted the recording on YouTube, but the next morning, unknown employees in civilian clothes appeared to Alexander and asked for a quietly-peacefully delete this video ”-Dmitry was witnessing this conversation, but the neighbor“ took down ”, and upon his return, he agreed to erase the video.

After the publication of the note, the mediazone correspondent phoned Dmitry, and he confirmed that after the incident came to them twice, three who did not introduce themselves and did not show certificates of men in civilian clothing, which required to hush up the scandal. As Dmitry suggests, these were the colleagues of the National Guard, who threatened his neighbor.

On their first visit, they spoke with Alexander, and he deleted the video of the incident. “I see that he is shaking, I say what happened? He says: “I don’t want to explain anything further, I don’t want to continue anything,” says Dmitry.

After that, the neighbor says, the video, with the consent of Alexander, he already published. “Then there was still a visit - these same men came, called me to the street because they knew that the cameras were in the apartment. They began to say to me too: "We want you to delete this video so that the incident is zama." They did not threaten directly. There were two young men, and one is already so solid, as I understand it, the boss of them. And he told me: “Do you need it? You know that we can push somewhere,” Dmitry recalls.

He said “Notepad” that he decided to publish a video in order to intercede for a neighbor, since Alexander is “not a very healthy person”.

The employees of the Russian Guard have great power, but use it not in the way the law dictates. They do not understand conflict, but simply press people. What the conflict participants say and how it ended

Dmitry told the notebook that at about 17:00 Alexander began to listen to music in his room. His neighbor who wanted to sleep did not like this. The woman demanded that Alexander turn off the music, but he refused. The neighbor called the police; The National Guard came to the call, who from the very beginning behaved aggressively in relation to Alexander.

“They made him understand that he was no one and call him. The employees went into the room in street shoes, despite the quarantine, closed his door and said that now we will "throw you drugs and you will go to our zone." They began to insult Alexander and humiliate his dignity, ”Dmitry described the conflict.

Later, when the correspondent of the Mediazones phoned him, Dmitry said that he and Alexander live in the same communal apartment, and the cameras in their rooms were established due to difficult relations with the neighbor and her sons. The eldest of them, according to Dmitry, abuses alcohol and “suits such tantrums”, because of which they had to call the police more than once. The neighbor does not deny that Alexander really at times included music loudly, but only in the afternoon: “I understand that she was still outraged by the fact that Sasha is listening to such music - you know, Kipelova, with mats, obscene abuse ... Because when I listen to the music loudly, I have so calm, melodic - she never said that it was bothering her. But she is already setting up neighbors against Sasha. ”

As the head of the press service of the National Guard in the Central Federal District, Ilya Krengel, who threatened Alexander, was already fired, the head of the Mediazone.

The Life telegram channel published an extract from the order of the deputy head of the department of private security in the Southeast District of Moscow, according to which the senior police sergeant of the police with length of service was fired from the service in the internal affairs bodies, as well as a recording of a conversation with a woman who caused the police.

“He has haunted us since January. His music is rumbling, all the neighbors will subscribe from below. <...> I warned him several times. <...> What was happening in the room, I did not see, but I defended the rights of my [son]-disabled, ”she said. According to the neighbor who came on call to the National Guard, she said that shortly before that Alexander allegedly pushed her disabled son, although the woman herself did not see this.

Alexander himself, in a conversation with Life , confirmed that the National Guard hit him, and the conflict with a neighbor occurred because of the music that played loudly in his room.

His neighbor Dmitry told Mediazone that he was punished, in his opinion, not only that employee of the National Guard who threatened to throw drugs, but also his colleague, who was present at the same time. In conclusion, Alexander’s neighbor asked him not to consider him an “oppositionist or Ombudsman”: the situation outraged him, emphasized that Dmitry emphasized that an employee of the National Guard allowed himself rudeness in relation to a citizen whose taxes he receives a salary.
